check the nut holding the fan onto the shaft as they can come loose during s/c repairs it shouls be 30nm left hand thread.
also if inexperienced he may have fitted the wrong washers and used the wrong thickness washers which can cause the nut to come loose. Pull the s/c out it should be fairly obvious what the problem is.

Also check your slip.Just becase he changes the clutches doesnt mean the slip is good..What kinda RPMs are you turning????IF the nut holding the fan came loose you definatly would know it..

You might want to do that as soon as possible because if the nut can loose (due to no Loctite) the needle bearings can drop into the motor and make a real mess. When you get the SC out, take a piccture and post it here if you can. Do not use the ski until the problem has been corrected... Ron

if you can turn the supercharger wheel while its in the engine then the Double row gear is striped and the engine needs pulled , and cleaned and the SC needs rebuilt.

I just had the same thing happen.

If you can take the SC out and take a good, up close picture I bet the problem will be visible.
