Couple of things I can think of that you want to make sure you're ready to tackle.
The first thing to over come is the engine cradle.
New engine electronics and some wiring changes.

    Also add exhaust mounting issues.

A different impeller will also be needed.

yes it is a polaris 1200 from a 1200 pro shortly after my uncle bought the pro he gave a fairly large kid a ride on it with him and he turned it over and everytime the kid would try to get on it the craft sank further. he finally got it in to shore but he had no idea it was hydrolocked and ended up frying the thing,he fought with polaris on it and finally got them to replace the motor for half price and he got to keep the old motor. basically i know i would need to have the crank redone due to rust on the bearings. the cylinders just need honed but he offered it after last weekend cause the triple 750 threw a rod and destroyed the case. worst thing about it was my friend was the last one to ride it and he didn't realize that the noise he was hearing was the piston chewing into the head and cylinder so i know now that i atleast have to buy a replacement case to purchase a new replacement motor from sbt, found 2 on ebay one went for 51 bucks and unfortunitly it went before i got paid.

The 1200 would be a good motor to do a conversion on one of Jay's MSX 150 hull's he has.

    1200 in a Fuji hull.

Too much work... I have done it, and you will need a full machine shop... I would suggest another route.
