Question 97 spx is taking on water. Any suggestions???

my 97 spx started taking on water yestarday after jumping very small surf. Its definatley not the fiberglass housing around the drive shaft. Does anyone know of any other common reason for my ski to take on water? Maybe a problem hose or something??
