    1995 SL750 Hull Removal

Just a quick question? Any tricks or tips to getting the top half of the hull off? Popped the rivots already... seems to be sealed with silicone? Any tips or ideas to get it off the easiest?

    Thanks!!

Yea i need to get to the crank shaft cause it's frozen up completely. Can't see anything with the cylinder heads off... Is the deck a permanent deal? Our thoughts were that everything would be a lot more accessible if the top deck was off... I'm way open to suggestions!!

In the garage as we speak doing this... ha ha

    thanks for your help

    Welcome to the hulk.
Even with a frozen Crank, you can pull the engine out.
Download the factory manual from here,I'll walk you threw it.

just go slow, look at how things are put together etc.. and a couple hours you should be able to get it pulled out.

I remember my first engine pull Now I can pull about any engine in an hour or so if I really want to (usually a few beers are in order though)
