    Homemade Metal Washer

I wonder what is the standard requirement for the metal washer..
I have my own metal machining tools, it's a CNC machine

Can I use the washer that I make exactly the same with the one on the pwc ?
I mean would it stand the run, and what kind of metal should I use ?
Because it's quite hard for me to get the metal washer, because the dealer here is quite lousy and not dependable.
And it would be pretty expensive to import it from US

    Thanks before

I wouldn't install anything that is not race proven....having foreign pieces of metal washers breaking apart inside my supercharger is not what i would wish for....if those breaks it can cost way more than paying 100$ for 2 washers...believe me....you have to pay to play...!!!

Talk to Jerry here on the online store....i really doubt that those 2 washers would be very expensive to ship to Indonesia...and if you want my opinion...they were race and modz proven here, so you know they won't give up on you...!

    My 2 cents...

Someone tried that a year or so ago.. His clutch fused together due to heat and when he caught alittle air **snap** snapped his clutch shaft.. it wasn't a cheap fix.. Say $1000+ vs. $100.00 on the online store.. order online and Riva will ship right to your door.. code GREENHULK get's you 10% off

Thanks for the advice... I think I'll import it then

There's another question if I bought the stage 1 kit for the RXP and the RXT-X, how much it will weigh in for each of them ?
I would like to calculate the shipment cost..
Because before this I import a 18 lbs package and the shipment cost is US$ 375

    Thanks before

If you sign on the online store it should be able to estimate shipping for you. If it does not I am sure Jerry could tell you fairly close since he has shipped items all over the world.
