    Riva Intake Manifold Upgrade

I just got to test my newly installed Riva intake manifold upgrade kit. It definitely was not the easiest install. I now have the RIVA FX-SHO Performance Power Filter Kit, RIVA FX-SHO Free Flow Exhaust Kit and the RIVA Intake Manifold Upgrade Kit. The acceleration is very noticeably faster and my best top speed was 69.0 GPS with the trim all the way up. I consistently ran 68+ with the trim at neutral. Now I think it needs a ride plate because it will really start to porpoise after about 67. Stock it ran around 66 GPS.

I weigh 195, 4 bars of fuel, 93 octane, the OAT temperature was 97 humidity 80% and water temp a cold 73. Sorry for the glare in the pic. Oh and yes it's Black.

and with just it(intake), installed is it worth the performance vs time and money?

1-10 prolly an 8. Lots more midrange. It was only like $35 so well worth the money. The install took a couple hours but I took my time and ended up removing the intake because of the limited amount of room and not being able to se what I was doing under the intake.

I think the three together really open this thing up to breathe.

    Intake Upgrade

Everyone, I am glad to be joining this forum. I just installed the intake upgrade from RIVa and had to remove the intake as well. Glad to see I was not the only one that could not follow the manufactures instructions.
