    Piston Rings

I'm rebuilding a SL650 that had a melt down in the PTO cylinder. After all work, I'm ready to button it all back together. I just have one problem. I need a set of piston rings. Anyone know where I can find a set? I was looking at SBT (which I know you guys don't like) and they wanted 11 dollars for shipping on one set of rings!

Anyone know where I can get a set of rings at cheaper?

CHEAPER then $11 Good luck Make sure the piston rings, are matched to the Piston Manufacturer,as SBT rings wont fit OEM Pistons

Good call. I'm not sure what make the piston is that I have.

The rings were 27 dollars that I was looking at on SBT. They then wanted another 11 dollars in shipping.

I can get you OEM Rings for $23 a set plus shipping cost. Just not much room from Polaris Retail cost for me to discount them much less

I'm not sure what name brand the piston I was going to use is. There is a WVA on the piston dome, but that is the only marking that I have found.

Can anyone identify this piston? I'll go snap a couple pics later.

    Where'd you get them from?

Its an old piston that was in the ski when I got it. We replaced all three, had a melt down, and I was going to put a "good" old one in it. I just need to get a set of rings for it.

I don't know where it came from, or what brand it is.

You're gonna have to find out somehow. Fortunately, not too many people made Polaris slugs.

A safe guess would be WSM brand. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be compatible with Polaris OEM.

Don't quote me as I said, PRETTY SURE...
