Sl 650 again and again..............
Does anyone know how I can test the integrity of my cooling system while the motor is out of the ski? Is there a similar test to the cylinder leak down test for the cooling system? I am suspecting possibly a cracked exaust manifold, cylinder or muffler jacket due to the way this craft was stored for so many years and the filling of #3 cylinder with water when running. I may have a self inflicted problem due to the way I installed the cylinders and exhaust manifold. Just want to be positive before reinstallation. Thanks!

Because water is injected into the exhaust system, you cannot seal it up air tight for testing. Unless you make a block off plate for the exh pipe at the manifold.
Then prerssure test the cooling system.
