Good News on the Advent EFI Front
Last week I corresponded with Greg from Advent over email. I have a call into him today. Hopefully I will get a call back shortly.
As it stands right now the EFI part of the ignition is having issues. However the ignition portion of the unit is working. You can changing timing curves, remove the rev limiter, turn on and off water injection, ect. It does plug into a computer via USB, but it also has switches for quick on the go swapping I guess. He believes it will work nicely in conjunction with the Riva EFI controller until fully working EFI controlling units are out.
Anyways I attached a picture of the unit. I am planning on grabbing one if all seems well.

Just got off the phone with Greg. This is the deal
Right now the unit is off is off with his tester and his running all the different fuel controllers with this to make sure everything runs correctly. It has every function currently except the EFI Fuel Controller. This will sell for 1150. This is set to release and ship out soon. 12 units are on the shelf right now ready to go. I have my name on one. They are redoing the EFI chip set currently so it will work correctly. It will do 6 different RPM ranges for the EFI fuel controlling. In comparison Riva's unit only does 2. You can manually change these ranges to anything to you want. You can also change the fuel from cylinder to cylinder. Aftermarket fuel injectors will work with this setup. When this is done they will swap your non EFI controlling setup out for 300 dollars. If you buy this unit right out it will be 1450. Same amount of money either way.
Also another tid bit of info. The Riva Controller set to the max is not maxing out the stock injectors.
Looks like EFI Tripple Pipe Bigbores are in our future.
