    TJ's Cook-Out Update Thread (don't schiot this one up please)

    Here is are some updates

    Food List


    1. 5 lbs of brisket
    2. 15 lbs of ribs
    3. 5 lbs of chicken
    4. 10 lbs. of shrimp
    5. 5 lbs. of potatoes
    6. 5 lbs. of corn
    7. 5lbs. of sausage
    8. 3 lbs of peppers
    9. 3 lbs. of onions
    10. bushel of clams
    11. andouille/chorizo mix ( clam bake)

    Others Goods

    Paper Goods - Marc aka MKaman (thanks)
    Ice - Kevin aka Fenn
    Water and Soda - Scott aka BluUltra250x
    breakfast stuff - anthony aka 79malibu
    grills - tj
    lp burner/turkey pot - marc


    i shortened everything up since it seems like we should gave more than enough as it stands..... i know i am forgetting things but if you want to bring stuff, feel free....... i should be grilling by around 4 or so..... it should be a good time.... if ya got tiki torches bring em..... extra women.... bring them as well.

    im bringin a big roll of Taylor Ham/Pork Roll, a bottle of cognac, a bottle of bourbon and a box of cubans...

    i have an unopened bottle of Woodford Reserve... was gifted to me.. never tasted it.. any good?

    I will let you know if it's good. It's a small but esteemed Kentucky distiller.

    I prefer Makers also but the Woodford is very good also, from what Ive been told Woodford was created ( Brown Forman same company that owns J Daniels) to compete with Makers.

    i'll bring the hang overs and barf bagz for the ski's to use while we're on the water....hahaha
