Sonic Impact 5066 15-Watt Portable Class-T Digital Audio Amplifier

Sonic Impact Stick-On Speaker SoundPad Pair - 5029

Sounds great, just have to be stopped. Works well when you laying in the floats next to the seadoo with your girfriend.

I have the wires wrapped and tapped around the hood rubber and they run to the glove box where the amplifier is velcroed.

I don't know about those speakers mounted there, but I guess where else are you going to mount them? I think replacing the mirrors with speakers would be the best spot...trickier.

the cool thing is that you can take them on and off whenever you want ...they snap on sound very good and LOAD!!!! even when riding which is a + kinda like a bose setup but on a ski.....its not bad

These sonic impacts are pretty loud. They are 30watt. When your going about 20 you can't hear them.

I was about 100 yards out in the water and turned them all the way up and everyone on shore was like wtf!

I was playing "Good ol Rocky Top" and also have "Another one bites the dust".

The whole rig is only like 40 bucks besides the mp3 player and you can control the music from the glove box using the pen mp3 player.

I was thinking about a setup like that for hanging on the water with friends or girlfriend. I already have the mp3 player...

    How good is the amplifier?
How fast does it eat batteries?
And how good is the sound quality of those speakers?

well if u stay tuned.... i'm installed a CD receiver and speakers and wiring in my RXT.....

i will be popping the glass out of the mirrors and fabricating sometin to get the speakers in the mirror buckets.

    either 4" round speakers....

    or 4" X 6" speakers...

i'm still in ordering process of all my accessories and whatnot.

There is this option also. The speakers and subwoofer last 8 hours with a rechargable battery.

My system works great though and I have no complaints.
I'm not a big music listener when I'm riding as I like to enjoy the ride.
When I'm drifting and drinking a beer in the water I like to listen to the music (and to keep pontoon/fishing boats away from my cove)
