    riva intercooler

I have a 05 RXP to get the stock intercooler out can it be done without removing the intake, and to run the vacuum line why can't a hole be drilled throught the ECM plate instead of removing it.

    intercooler

I'm going to try and wiggle it out before I loosen the intake. Did you remove the ecm and bracket to run the vacuum hose I think it would be easier to just drill a hole.

I drilled and tapped my IC block off for the vacumn hose..I did not drill into the intake manifold...Its easier and cheaper to replace the block off than the manifold if you mess up.....

I really prefer that to drilling the intake. I didn't realizethere would be the vacuum needed.
