Would this solve the powerpipe drone?

Hey im considering getting a powerpipe and hear alot of people comment about the drone at 3k rpm, which i believe is caused by the sound reflecting in around where the stock outlet is.. i dont want to be annoyed by a sound like this and i was thinking an acoustic foam may fix the problem. if the foam is put on the opposite wall to the exhaust and also on the top area above the pump would anyone think this would make a difference? i would think it will reduce the echo inside that area and solve the problem.. i dont think there is alot of pressure in that area that may force the foam off except from wave jumping alot..
    what do you think?

ummmm, dont overengineer this problem, if you are concerned about the noise, either dont do the powerpipe, or do a full exhaust conversion to a shorty waterbox with rear exhaust outlet
foam will get soaked, and the extra weight of the wet foam will rip it off no matter how well you glue it on.

And then it will sink... fooling all clown fish into thinking they just scored with a protective sea anemone.

I said that too, did not really mind it that much. Then I went to the thru hull and noticed a big difference without the drone.

The drone isn't even bad. It's funny to hold the RPM's around 3k and have people look at you.

ok so im guessing it isnt as big a problem as i thought..
i dont want to get a thru hull, because all the $$ add up with RE blockoffs and everything, not to mention a hole in the craft.. however i want to make room for a external intercooler and s3 charger etc etc..
the powerpipe seems like the best option
