Florida Offshore Challenge on Aug 16

    Guys,

Will be there, flying in from Cally.... looking forward to meeting all you guys.

Question: What kind of Sea State can we anticipate off of Pompano beach / Ft Lauderdale this time of year? Chop, rough, smooth? Thoughts?

Also have two others from PWCOFFSHORE.com going to be there and a few other racers from SoCal.......

All reports show flat (less than 2 feet)

That said, the ocean can change very quickly.... hard to predict. If I was a betting man I would say less than 2 feet (But I've been bitten before with predicting sea state.... )

well, i have the riva plate and 2 degree wedge which works well for flat. or even flat w/ rollers. hmm... maybe ill just bring both plate and wedge along and just screw filling in the ride plate holes that way i can change it before the race? Also i do have a BOV block off, stock intake modification, removed hoses. will i pass for stock? exhaust is stock.
