    Urgent help 2nd time!!

    Hey guys,
I just recently had two of my pistons rings seize on my 2000 Kawasaki 1100stx di. Minor scratchs in the cylinder, it was homed out. Got it home ran great took it out again and ran great. Then at idle RPMs dropped and stalled. It wouldnt start after that.
Got it home, when you try and start it. The ski turns over and tries to fire and constantly keeps trying but will not start. Checked the spark and it was very strong; put alittle gas in each cylinder which it started but then died; checked the fuel pump which, has great pressure (couldnt find gauge so I held my finger over the end of the open gas line which pushed fuel past my finger with ease). Combustion was 110,110,120. Just replaced fuel filter and spark plugs
    What should I try now?

Two things that i would do is make sure that the battery is fully charged and, get a gage and test the fuel pressure properly.

Battery is good, fuel pressure gauge I will try and find again. Pepboys didnt have it so I will check a few other places.

it not getting gas if you put gas in direct and it cranked for a sec.. check the carbs? will it run if you spray some started fluid??

There are no carbs, it's fuel injected.

Also, I would highly recommend that you NEVER use starting fluid on a two stroke. In doing so the engine is not getting any oil.

If you are going to use anything to help start a two stroke, get a small squirt bottle and put a little premix in it... just to be safe.

    Just my 2 cents!

When I check the fuel pressure. What should the pressure be when I test it?
