    Angry RXP Injection problem!! Need help

    My RXP 2004 is now ower 10 weeks in my dealers garage. He put the Engine to pices for installing new Pistons, Connecting Rods and upgated Flyweelbolds. After Installing the Engine wont start!

    Have a look at the video.

    Anybody know the problem? My dealer dont!

    2 times all 3 Injectors start at the same point and after 3 sec they all stopped. When you want to start, it gives a loud explosion only.

    may have bent a tooth on the flywheel encoder ring which gives the ecu the crankshaft position via crank sensor.

    it is possible that the ecu is defective. also, the encoder wheel is a good idea. i have installed one incorrectly and it threw the timing off. when i went to tighten the bolts, i didn't notice the basket had popped off the correct position. but i think that would just have to do with spark.

    If it backfired, it may have cracked the plastic intake manifold... Ron

    Yes, it has.
    I have to check this later, when the Engine run.

    The Riva ECU must be worked correct, because the stock one makes the same procedure.
    Maybe the encoder wheel. I will check this on Tuesday.

    cheack crank angle sensor not loose, also does the rpm on the dash read steady when cranking?? if its jumpy your got a crank angle sensor problem

    I hope they will find the fault................
