Engine Temperature Gauge
What is everyone using for an engine temperature gauge? I need one because I'm going open loop and think it would be a good thing to keep an eye one. I was looking at the Dynotune temp gauge, any input?

A simple automotive oil temperature gauge works for me and is relatively inexpensive. I never looked into the price or quality of the dynotune though..

The automotive gauge came with a probe too. I threaded it into a T adapter right after the head. Your location may differ depending on how you route the water.

Here's a quick picture of what it used to look like. The gold colored piece is the T adapter.

The Autometer 5469 low temp gauge looks like a good choice also. It reads from 60-210. It is what I purchased to use with my open loop plate setup.

Yes, I have that adapter now and you can make it fit the threaded boss..
