GAME OVER's turbo conversion!
Haven't had time to post a thread on his build until now but the ski really didn't take that long to complete and only had a few minor setbacks.
Its an 08 GPR that actually had never been in the water until a few days ago. Basically stock 4-Tec motor with Frank's (Stickem) turbo kit and intake manifold. Supposed to have a reflashed ECU but that didn't work out so we went with an over the counter Riva. Tuning was accomplished with one of Jerry's RRFPR.
Pump setup is right out of my ported 1300 and hull setup is pretty conservative and safe if that can be said about something going over 90 in a couple seconds.
A/F was set very rich and boost was only set to 18 pounds until I get a better feel for the handling and make sure all the water pressure and temps are right.
With a 15-25 prop running around 8350rpms it went over 92 pretty easy in not so great conditions. RAD was very high and I had a very irritaing crosswind. Had the trim in neutral and sitting on the seat in death grip position. Between the tuning of the hull and motor along with the right ECU I can see an easy 5+ mph left in it.
Keep in mind this was the shakedown run and plan on getting it really screaming next week. That turbo hits crazy hard!!!

Didn't really take that long to complete and could probaly do one start to finish in less then 2 weeks if I had all the parts. Between mine and Carlos's experience with the GPR platform it made setting up the hull a breeze.
