How many SHOs are hitting the rev limiter?

Do many others suffer from hitting the rev limiter to soon at top end? Any ideas to get around this?
We are running Riva air intake and top loader.

Riva has nothing to do with it. They just wait for someone to do the dirty work then put their name on it and collect. Call them one time. It is getting so bad that they dont even know what or how their products perform or work.

    Sorry for the threat hijack.
