    Spark plug gap?

Anyone know what the spark plug gap should be for the 4-TEC engines? Have a P-X but would think it would be the same for all 4-tec motors.

Gap....you supposed to gap the plugs??? I just got 3 new plugs and threw them in yesterday....ski ran great this morning. I did visually check them to make sure they looked close....but that was it.

I would check them. Maybe with these plugs they are pre gapped, but with automotive they support numerous vehicles and may slightly differ from one car to the next for the same plug.
Doesn't hurt to check before installing...

The spark plug gap is listed in the Specifications section of the Service Manual. The one's I checked all said .030". And if anyone dropped the box along the way, they are not going to be gapped properly... Ron
