New metal washers, but still having problems

So I had a thread on here not long ago, because my 2005 seadoo RXT wasn't running right. I was not getting high rpms and people suggested sending it to Jerry to get the metal washers put on. So I send it in, get it back and put it on. Went to the lake this weekend and it has the same problems.

I am only hitting 5600 rpms max, when the machine is on the water. When it gets air underneath it the rpms jump up. I figure that would be normal.

I checked the intake grate and impeller for any debris, it all looked good. checked the throttle cable to see if it was loose or something, as far as I can tell it all looks good.

I am concerned about the oil. I thought it would be okay to use from what I have read on the forums. It is Lucas High Performance Motorcycle oil. 10W-40. API SG/SF/CC/CD. JASO MA. ACEA A3. It says it is designed for a wet clutch and high rpm engines. It all sounded good to me, but I really don't know oil. I just know what I've read on here.

I also used the learning key to see if there was any difference in performance. It was topping out at about 5400 rpms.

Any help would be great, I will probably be taking this in next week I just thought you guys might have some ideas. Anything I can elminate before taking it in would be great.

    Thanks

Does it "sound" good at 5600 or like crap?

I had a loose hose from the sc to tb once.....maxxed out at 5500...sounded like crap.

It sounds good. It seems like its running as good as a non supercharged beast of a seadoo.

Let's go back to before you put the metal washers in...
Did your OEM ceramic washers shatter?

Oil---Did you overfill the oil, check it when warm on the water and level.

    Plugs---how old are they

    Fuel---how old is it

Boost leak---maybe but would be running a little rough I think,
    see this thread:

The original ceramic washers were intact and looked fine when I sent it off.

I haven't changed the plugs but it only has around 35 hours on it.

Fuel is fresh. I put 13 gallons in it to begin the weekend. The fuel that was in it from the previous trip was less than a month old.

I will go check the oil level right now, but I'm sure it was fine when I checked it.

    It's a 2005 with only 35 hours?
That tells me you have had fuel sitting in that ski for months and months with no activity. I bet your plugs are fouled, replace them and see what happens.

    Proper oil check proceedure:

With a hot engine, let it idle 30 seconds
Shut it off and wait 30 seconds
Check your oil. It should be midway between the two bends on the stick.
Any higher than the top bend on the stick and you are scrubbing RPM's.
