RXP-X Hell on the ankles
I have been wondering why the heck my ankles are always bleeding after riding and noticed that where the plastic panel comes together with the rest of the ski it has almost a knife edge on it.
It is right where the RXP sticker is.
Everyone that rides ends up with bleeding ankles..
Does anyone know a good way to solve this problem that easy to do??

Yes I have had the same thing on my 04 rxp. when I figured it out I took the cowling off and used a flat file and lightly rounded it off.

i no longer have any hair on the side of my calf due to my leg rubing on the grab bar of my 96 xp. i have rode rxp's and have had an even worse problem. the #1 plate on the seat tends to cut into your leg pretty good. I only ride my 96 now and i have pretty much lost all my leg hair and have formed a calace on my leg. thats all i can say... wear soccer shin guards?

get you some hightop water shoes such as pilot, they will protect your ankles.

As far as your grab handle on the XP goes... I know exactly what you mean there! I replaced the handle on my 95 XP800 with (if I remember correctly) a 97 SPX handle... it's plastic and doesn't shread your legs
