    Wearring Problems

    hello,
i had noise and cavitacion on the right engine off my speedster 200 on his first 10 hours , so we checked the calibration off the engine with the pump and it was perfect so we changed the carbon ring system and lubricated it a lot and ok the noise was nearly gone.
also we installed a new wearring and now the strange thing was that again the new wearring was eaten up and ejected stuff out off the pump at 2000 rpm on land with the landyard conected i have the 15/20R on both sides and only it happens on the right engine. so what more should i check

    thanks for any input
    ciao jim

What Kind Of Noise Are You Getting...and What Did It "eject" From The Pump

at the end the noise was from the carbon ring against the steel ring, now lubricated and new steel ring resolved the noise i had at 2-3000 rpm. the stuf ejected were white pieces of the new wearring although the engine is super centered, but today i tested it anyway and cavitacion was gone seems it took air trough the carbon seal to.
