    Brakes for your ski.

Some of the racers here in Russia are using brakes (see attached picture). Any thoughts about that? Experience? Where to buy?

nice carbon hull, dont know about the bungie cord, lol, there is supposed to be a tension spring there, haha. I have a set of R&D ones, never used them, but I've heard people say they act like brakes if you drop them all the way down.

guys those are lever actuated trim tabs... all the big pro racers put them on their skis so when they are about to round a buoy they pull the lever and it pushes the nose down helping them enter a turn much faster without spinning out... especially after coming into the 1st bouy after the straight away where the skis could be pushing 85+.

That CF hull is nice thats for sure!

That's what they are my race ski will dive the nose awesome with them its basically a way to keep full up trim on the nozzle come to a corner grab the handle dive the nose round the corner and let go and your instantly back on trim up. Way faster then waiting for the VTS.

Also no need for the bungie the water pressure is more then adaquate to keep the tabs up.
