want more water...
currently we have a water spray at the exhaust outlet to quiet the exhaust..
i'd like to run a gutted box and spray some water in the box to quiet it a bit..
can i buy an alum water bung to have welded in? should i go with a jetworks and spray above 3500 rpm only? Or just jet the spray with a main jet.. should i split the water going to the exhaust outlet or find some new source?
am i wasting my time as it wont quiet it anyways?
i did notice our wb's get hot at the very end..many have some melting going on there on the bottom..so maybe the spray should be placed there.
any thoughts, yay or nay or know where i can get a bung? maybe i should get an 02 bung and use that for a water inlet.
I want it quieter but with better flow rates.

I had a bung welded on the outlet pipe of my GH waterbox and ran the factory pisser line to it. Could not tell any difference in sound or performance.

my thinking started leaning this way because of the Dukas wb for the rxp...

i drilled out the pisser holes large as possible on the j-pipe that also helped. i tried to eliminate the extra pisser line with the GTX hose at the bottom of the j-pipe and it was quiet but lost on acceleration because of all that much more water i was dumping into the box

I say drill out the pissers on the j pipe. On my T-X the gibson is not loud at all with 1/4 inch holes and water open to muffler. To me there is a good difference in sound with the water off or open.
My gibson with water closed is still much quieter than my gh box. I have read where some say the gibson with normal holes on j pipe and no water is as loud or they though was louder than gh box.
Therefore the pisser holes must make a big difference.
Also the water injection on the gibson is right before the exhaust goes into the mufler. So i wonder if you inject water arround the intake would make a difference then injecting right before thru hull.
