did you check to see if the start button is shorted out, or if the starter relay is stuck, like I suggested?

It doesn't do it until it is warmed up. So first few times I plug DESS in, the Start/Stop works fine, it is after it is warm that it gives me these issues. I did unplug all harnesses one at a time though and inspect the connections for Moisture/Damage and all looked good.

So I didn't fully troubleshoot as prescribed, but it was suggested that I post a simpler question to see if anyone else has ever encountered this DESS auto start issue.

Figure it this way: most members have one or two skis, maybe three, so if the problem hasn't been reported, it hasn't happened to anyone. But high volume dealers are much more likely to have seen this problem. Have you disconnected the Start/Stop switch to see if it still does it, or check it with a VOM to see if the switch is shorted? What happenes when you hit Stop after the engine starts by itself; does the starter grind?... Ron

    Thanks for the Response!

If it is running I have to hit the Start/Stop a few times for it to stop the motor with no grinding and vice versa if it is stopped!

That sounds like the switch to me. When the starter relay acts up, it usually doesn't matter if the DESS is on or not. It will just run the starter until the battery is dead or disconnected. Personally, I haven't had a bad relay since my '02 RX. I still keep one in the truck just in case, however.
