    Riva Seat Cover...

I just had my Riva/Jettrim seat cover installed at a local upholstery shop and they did an excellent job except for the fact that they removed my original seat cover. I know most of the people that have these covers leave the OEM cover on to double water-proof the seat, but I forgot to mention that to the guy who did the job, and so he took it off. Is this bad for the seat, or are the jettrim covers water-proof?

There's no right/wrong way, you can do either. If you leave the original seat cover on it does feel a bit harder. I wouldn't worry about it and just go out and enjoy yourself.
