How to find hours on a ski
I have a 95 701 waveraider that I picked up. I have no idea how many hours on it. Is there some way to tell on the display, or how does one know how many hours are on it?

Nope, 95' raider doesn't have hour meter. Maybe the deluxe did, i don't know. I could be wrong though, but mine did not.
But you can put in a GP gage cluster and then you can keep track of hours. http://greenhulk.net/forums/showthre...ghlight=gauges I found that link very useful! But kinda excessive if your gages are fine. But the hour meter is nice for knowing when to do maintenance and such.
I'm sure you could put any old hour meter on the engine too though, wouldn't be hard.

check it over, compression should be 150 per jug and test ride it. A few hundred hours is not much on these things if they have been taken care of.
