    help on washers problem

I have a issue with a rxp charger, the washers are gone. Motor still runs great, where did all the pieces end up? No Other charger parts where damaged to where pieces went in the intake. Will this thing grenade in a hour or 2 now if I rebuild the charger with metal ones? Is it possible they went out the exhaust or smashed in the valve/head? Thanks for the help guys.

In answer to your question, the washers are on the "oil" side of the supercharger, not the "air" side so they wouldn't go through the combustion chamber.

If you're really lucky the washers will have split into two pieces and dropped into the crankcase. If you're not so lucky the washers will have disintegrated and passed through the oil screen into the oil pump.

There's tons of great information on this site about the BRP washers.

Good luck and I hope that you get lucky. (With the washers - you know what I mean..... )
