    GTX rfi...still the same problem

Cranks, runs great, hell runs like new...will run all day if you want it to...turn it off and it clicks at the solenoid (starter relay) and you cnnot bump the solenid, there is no spark when this happens at the solenoid, its dead-but you get two beeps. Let it sit 30 minutes to hour and cranks up.
    SO far:
    New Battery
All connections checked, new ground wire installed and ground relocated to top of engine
    Fuses in big box checked
    new starter relay
    new elec. rectifier

I am beyond puzzeled and beyond pissed...plan on selling this good running great looking ski...but want it to run ALL the time for the new owner and not strand them and make them sit "it" out...
what the hell can be causing this?

So starter solenoid can NOT be jumped and get starter to move? By connecting two large terminals with a wrench or something similar (jumper cable would be a little safer)? Make sure there's no gas fumes in the hull when doing this, it makes a big spark!
If this does nothing.... Then it has to be.....
1- The positive wire from the solenoid to the starter is bad/ broken (least likely)
2- The connection at the starter. Try moving the positive wire at the connection to the starter and then try to crank it. Better yet, take it off and clean it with a wire brush or sandpaper, then reinstall and put di-electric grease on it before you slide the rubber boot over it. (good chance)
3- A bad starter that when it gets heat soaked, it shorts out or goes open (bad windings) and will not crank. (good chance) If you pull the starter, it might bench test fine, but when it gets hot it fails. You could try to simulate this by heating the starter in a toaster oven to 150 degrees and then bench testing it with jumper cables and a battery.

Correct, when this happens, solenoid won't do a thing...OK...starter here we come...I think wife has to work Sat night, so after a day of riding I guess that would be a good project.

You need a new OEM starter.
