    Green charger defect?

I ordered a Green charger and it has a little chunk of material sticking out.
Is this normal? if not, can I just carefully sand it off?
    Heres a picture.

It looks like one or more of the spots where the wheel was machined during balancing. I wouldn't touch it. JMO... Ron

Can you point out what your talking about. The notches are just balancing, but I think I noticed something on the blade.

That looks like a little junk got stuck on it during machining before the anodizing.....I wonder if it would throw off the balance, but not much since its in the center more.....Can it be scrapped off?

    Those grooves are balancing marks.

100% balancing, some of them require remove more material than others to get the perfect balancing.

I dont think he is talking about the grooves. If you look closely there is some schlag on the impellar blade. I dont think it will effect anything.
