ok whats the real deal?
i love the way it sounds but does it really hurt power?
i have a 03 1300r
also have a 1200 r waterbox
i know the 1300 has some pod growing off of it whats that for?
ill be installing some ride plate insert brackets soon i might drop the 1200 box in

stay with the 1300 box. the freeflow does scrub a little rpm off top-end. It is necessary if you bump up the compression.

why not use the 1200 box its podless

The 1300 "pod" box is quieter, no performance difference that I know of.

several members have claimed gains going to the 1300 box on their 1200 skis. it only makes sense if you go the other direction you will loose performance.
