Dual Fuel Supply Diagram With Return.

There are about a hundred ways to do this. Some folks put the primer on the return line due to worries of sucking wind through the primer system.

    Both... kinda.

Without one, the pressure would be too low. Too small of one, and the pressure could be too high.

It's a way to regulate the fuel pressure.

    I like your diagram 951
I was thinking of mounting my tee to the side of hull for a cleaner look and so they wouldn't be flopping around but that is just right!

Is it a jet, or is it that plastic top looking thing in the fuel line? I thought that was a one way valve.

If it's a jet, where do I get it and what size?

    THanks!

When you guys did this, did you extend the fuel reserve line inside the tank?

If so what did you use? Just regular fuel line like you can get from riva?

Also did you take of the little trap door on the fuel sending unit and leave the screen part?

    Thanks,

    Jon

    Yes remove the flap
    Yes use regular fuel line
Yes extend the main line to match the reserve.

(the reserve is always the deeper one as it pulls the last bit of fuel from the bottom of the tank; the main supply is shorter.)

If you are going to pull the sending unit out, you may want to consider doing this mod also that Pistonwash posted.

    Just a thought.
