    smelling gasoline on ultra 250x

    Hi guys
i just bought my dream kawi ultra 250x last week, it has about two hours on it. So far it is driving great, but I keep smelling gasoline when i put it in my garage, i don't see any leaks but the smell is really strong. It smells mainly in the storage area. Is this normal or should i check it with the dealer?.
    thanks.

    brand new 08

This is a brand new 2008. I called three kawi dealers and they are saying that there are no recalls on my kawi. Two of those dealers are telling me probably something is wrong and should be fixed right away, and the third dealer says if i don't see any leak don't worry about it they will check it when i take it in for the ten hour service. The third dealer says it is normal to smell gasoline in the garage, but i think it smells too strong. I am not sure what i should do.

Waverunner Explosion at Smith Mountain Lake Last Edited: Thursday, 03 Jul 2008, 10:02 AM EDT Created: Wednesday, 02 Jul 2008, 6:43 PM EDT
    Smith Mountain Lake
At approximately 10:30 this morning, a woman was starting her Waverunner near a dock at Smith Mountain Lake when it exploded.
The force threw the woman off the watercraft, where she landed on a nearby dock. Conservation Police officer Karl Martin says the woman was not seriously hurt, but she was transported to a hospital as a precaution.
Martin says the woman is from Staunton but is declining to release her name.
