I'm getting ready to put in my XS IC in my Boat and want to get some ideas for what people are using as a Bracket to hold it.

Sooo, post up some Pics, and lemme see what ya got!

My external IC is still in what I call "the big box of go fast goodies" but I has a Riva IC bracket that looks like it will work really well.

There is also Danny's Bracket and JFizzleJR's Bracket that can be gotten too.

Yea, my IC is still in my Box of Go Fast Goodies too, and before I start to put it in, I wanna see what people are using for a Bracket in the Boats.

Mine's so hard to see with tubes running all around it, but with my stock exhaust gone, my XS IC sits exactly where the resonator did, and I'm able to use the old resonator strap to secure the IC down. I'm real happy with that solution.

So your IC is at a slightly Downward Angle? Looks like the SC & TB are higher than the IC would be, thus making it sit lower and slightly tilted.

    Is that how yours is?

    That doesn't effect anything?

That was the idea, the main reason I reconfigured my IC. I switched the water intake to the back and the exit to the front, hoping if I got it situated at about 45 degrees, the IC would fill up better with less of an air bubble. It turned out to only sit at about a 15 degree slope, because it sits so far back that is touches a higher part of the hull. With any luck, I'll solve the air bubble issue by drilling another small exit higher, where the air can escape. Like I said, I am definitely happy that I can just use the resonator strap to secure it, because it makes it really quick to get it in and out.

Hell yea, if it's working fine that way for you, I'll fab mine in there like that and see how I like the way it sits and all.

I've got Danny's flexible IC pipes, so it was a little easier bending them to move the IC. Also, I haven't mentioned this before, but I had to remove both the black styrofoam blocks to get everything I've got back there now to fit (dual exhaust, dual batteries, ext. IC, air intake system).

Ahhh, yea, so it might be a lil more tricky with the Hard Pipes. Eh, it's worth a shot.

If it's too much stress on the Couplers, I got some Metal Strapping here I was gonna use for a Bracket anyways.
