    GP760 Seizzzure!!

    Hey guys..how bout a first look diagnosis? Ugly, my new Yami. What do ya think happened? Yes those are little balls of melted aluminum! Plugs look hot..lean.......????? It still has injection and it doesnt appear to have dropped a line..looks like there is some oil in tank still...I just got it this way with no background. Crank is locked...melted piston seems to move a little in da bore..Whatta ya think??????

    i think that no matter how it blew up its pretty badly blown up. go to sbtontheweb.com they will have a replacment motor for ur ski and u send them ur old motor and its good deal. the premium motor is backed with a 2 year no fault warrenty.

    Looks like the crank let go. I would tear the carbs apart and see if there is anything in them.

    Yeah..thanx man...I am getting another from sbt but I think it is imperitive that I find out the cause as to prevent it from happening again....if its a lean seizure I need to pay special attention to the carbs and fuelsystem....oil seizure, oil pump and lines...overheat, cooling lines etc......This failure is uncharted for me........I dont seize motors, I grenade them usually..lol
