What video camera to use-onboard vids?

I would like to mount a camera on my T-X, and would like to take some video. Was wondering what people here are using?? Which cameras should I look at, or avoid?? I have a Cannon Elura 100, but its not waterproof. I want something I could strap to the handlebars, or mount on the ski securely, to capture some race footage, and other stuff.

You can use these to cut down on the wind noise.

OU182, where/how do you mount the camera??

SHO; can you mount the mike seperate from the camera?? If not, just don't use it. Here's a little video I made with a tank mounted camera on my motorcycle, before I turned it into a full out drag bike.

    Boom!
    Thanx Rip!
I'm hoping to get some texan clips in a few weeks when I ride with the san antonio crew!

Is the mic on your cam built in to the casing? You might need a small bit of thin Hi density weather strip to cover it.

I use a ram mount setup. On my GSX I use a handle bar mount:

On the RXP I use either a suction cup (in light chop) or the mount on my steering neck.:
