Anyone have a RIVA RIVA Pro-Series E.F.I. Control Unit I can rent or borrow?
Put the D-plate in and have slight hesitation in the mid-range. Reseting by unplugging battery (never did that when I installed it) and installing resistor this weekend. If that doesnt work I was told to add more fuel with the EFI unit. I basically wanted to try it first before I bought one or buy a used one. Just to make sure it fixes the problem and doesnt change anything else. I know you guys are helpfull on this site so wanted to see If I could borrow one. I would pay for all the shipping of course.

There is no reason to need a EFI unit just for a D plate. There is a ton of us using D plates with NO EFI units. There is something else wrong there. Do the resistor first but adding an EFI is a waste of your time, and for some odd reason if fixes your problem that would mean its just masking some other issue you have. Adding a D plate by no means what so ever means you need more fuel thats no what the d plate does.
