    07 GP mods

hello all, guess ill introduce myself as a newbie. i have an 07 gp 1300 bone stock. i live in N.Y. on long island and i do nothing else but wave jumping. i have always had seadoo's until last year so my knowledge ends there. im fairly happy with the top end as i only get to use it on my way to and from the ocean, however i am lacking in the holeshot severely. it seems to be a combo of bottom end response and cavitation problems. i love to tinker and test but would greatly appreciate any advice as to what would be the best way to address these issues. i would also like to make it sound a bit more angry. winter is coming, so id love to put together a plan of attack. thanks in advance for any and all assistance. Paul

    Welcome to the forum..
For hole shot you could do the following:

    Grate
    Jetworks mod
    Head for more compression
    Free Flow exhaust
    D-plate
    Setback impeller
    Skat-Trak pump

All depends on how far you want to go and how much money you want to spend. Use the search function on any of these things I've listed and it will turn up alot of information.

+1 on what GPryan said, If you do the head work you will also need an EFI fuel controller.

    exhaust mods on 07 gp1300

hi all, just looking for some ideas on modifying my stock exhaust. i would like to keep the stock pipe in place but wouldnt mind altering the rest to
A make it sound a bit more angry
B try to make it breath a little better
i noticed a few guys doing a large thru hull outlet, thought that was kinda cool. maybe a D plate and altered water box?
thanks for reading. any input would be a treat. thanks Paul

Go with the D-plate definately and try the Riva free flow exhaust (The blue tube). I've only heard of one guy on here that has done the thru-hull on the GPR but I think he sold his ski I can't remember his username, Most people just do the Riva free flow.
