Should I get FXSHO or RXT-X?

I have owned Sea Doo 2 strokes and was disappointed with their reliability. I owned two bulletproof GPR's, and swore I would only own Yamaha PWC's. However, I think the 4 Stroke Doos have proven their reliability over time and I do think a Sea Doo is more comfortable on a long ride. My GPR always left me a little bowlegged.

I have ridden a couple borrowed 4-Tec sc's and they felt like Cadillacs, never had any experience on RXT's and have not even seen any FXSHO's in my neighborhood. Is it as wide as the GPR and can 2 corn-fed people actually sit comfortably on it for over an hour?

I have not rode a rxt-x yet but i can tell you that my SHO handle awesome, i also have a gpr for 8 years now, the seat is nowhere as wide as the gpr's and it is really comfortable.

Not that I am biased toward Yamaha I rode a SHO a couple weeks ago in the ocean and it is a Cadillac. I know the feeling after being hammered on a gpr all day. The SHO is one quick ski.

Personally I would go with the SHO. I don't know how you can say the 4 stroke Doo's have proven their reliability??? All I hear about is blown sc's, blown engines, hoses coming off the X models and water intrusion to follow, delaminating hulls. I have a friend with an RXP, 63 hours on the motor and it just dropped a valve!
