help fx ho
I recently had a reboarding step installed on my ho. I went for a ride and found that the rear was full of water and a hose was broken. The service manager agreed that the hose for the coolant was broken during the installation. They now say a "rodent " chewed through the hose and I have to pay. Anyone have any advice?

GOOD GAWWWWD!! What kind of rodent would want to spend time in the bilge of your ski? They did shoddy work and now want to blame the capybara!

sounds like they are just trying it on
ask to see the old parts and look for teeth marks but i don't think there is much you can do

Check to see if they caulked the holes. My VX sank due to faulty install.
Oh, and NO on the rodent story. It was THEIR rodent. They fix it.

Well they came to there senses about the rodent issue, perhaps the ventilation in their shop is not so good , too much toxic fumes. So they apologize and paid. It is a matter of principal.
