    Cylinder Scoring.........Why?

Any ideas what would cause this? Not too deep, but you can feel them with your finger.

Crap!! That could be it. I am running really rich right now and running stock oil injection. It could be washing off the oil.

I really like the idea of running premix on any HiPo 2 stroke. that way you know what you have at all times. Even the new MSX is going premix, and I have a new oil pump for it.(but not going with it.)How was the compression on that cyl? Is it just one cyl or all? A better picture would be nice.

It was on my mag and pto. Thats about as good a pic as that camera will take up close.

Was thinking of running premix for the tripples anyways.

    Dam it, wrong screenname again....

I would run the premix. OK,some will blast me for this(take your best shot), but since the cyl. is f'ed up already. I'd pull the jugs and run a fast hone threw them and try rerunning the same rings and hope try would reseat. Worst case is you waste some gaskets.

To me it looks like the clyinder is out of round to begin with it looks like in some spots the rings are touching and some spots there not . hard to tell with the pic .
