Plug gap on a 951 motor

I have a 2000 Sea doo GTX with a 951, and the dealer told me the plugs should be gapped at .016 is that correct? Just seemed like that would be to close.

Dont use Champion and set the correct plugs to 22 it makes a differnce and allows for wear.

ill try the .22 gap, but whats wrong with the champions? all my ngks did was foul out all the time, ive been rolling on these champions for quite some time

I never never had good luck with champions.. I use NGK in everthing even Yamaha's.. No fouling here. But the VX110's arent so lucky
