oil filter for 250X
I have seen posted that a puralator #PL 14612 is the correct filter for the 250X and is a much better filter than OEM is this true? If so I can stay away from the stealership! Thanks for your imput guys.

I have not heard that as of yet, might have missed it. I have stayed with the OEM filter. If you want to stay away from the dealer, check this site or if they dont have it I know that R Rated has it on their site.

When i can i always stay with Genuine Factory parts.... I'm the same way with my OLD skool Toyota 4 runner. Yeah, she's a 97 and still goes to the dealer when she has to...
My Ski ain't a 69 chevelle where i can go to the local auto parts store and get a puralator filter or some Champion plugs... Hell, when i was flying.. i knew of some guys who actually would buy a new Cessna or a Piper and try or inquire about putting CAR parts in it..(within reason) all that loot for an airplane and then scrimp for proper parts...(it's not even safe if you ask me)

With the exception of Bolt on parts naturally... Trust me.. it took a lot for me to start modding my ski.... once i started .... you know the rest..
This site was actually No help in preventing me from Modding.. Those who who helped know their blame..
Couldnt have done it without all of you!
