Exhaust options for T-X
ok I know about the R&D free flow and Riva free flow but what options do we have for thru hull? is there a kit out that does not require a "J" pipe
When is Riva coming out with a Thru hull
I miss the sound of my 05

I think the few options require a "J" pipe but I hope I am wrong

1) thru hull with stock water box you can do with
A) R and D pipe which does not require to remove opas or relocate ic
B) Riva thru hull pipe which you will have to remove opas and relocate
2) Gibson with J pipe - sounds freaking awesome and i gained good acceleration
no relocation of ic but removal of opas needed.
3) GH box with J pipe
no relocation of ic but removal of opas needed
As far as number one, you want gain much sound unless you gut your stock box in my opinion, but gains to me are different then others as i like to be heard.
#2 is an awesome setup as i would not change it and i have had zero issues and run hard.

So if I went with Rivas through hull exhaust I would still need a J pipe? I'm planning on removing the training wheels (OPAS) and relocating the IC anyway.

you can do the gibson install without removal of opas.just need to drill thru hull a little higher.it's been done
