Question Best Rec riding air intake setups?

I know the most common air intakes are kanaflex, but what other options are there? Is 4'' the biggest up front air intakes you can have? I am curious to know what the other options are. I ride in very rough water so i think i am limited to my options but i just want to see what every 1 else has and what works.

    Thanks, Dylan

As far as I know, anything bigger than 4" is overkill, and also very hard to run up front. Most members are getting good results with the Kanaflex and R&D Adapter. This setup is perfect for rough water

I just completed a '05 GTX sleeper like yours, hard to think of anything but the kanaflex intake.. It worked perfect with my kit.. I bet I removed 20 pounds of air intake crap out of the back.

Alex13... What all did you do to your 05 gtx? I want to do the hole sleeper thing because there are a lot of rxts, and a couple 250x's. So all i need is the r&d adapter and the kanaflex hose, can i buy it at lowes or home depot? Is the kanaflex smooth bore?

So you had the rxp ecu in it? Im thinking riva intake grate, 2 degree wedge, kanaflex, s3, 13/20r, and riva thermostat kit.
