Congrats on the new skis and welcome to the forum
Break them in like you would normally ride them. Don't be afraid to go WOT for short periods during the break in. Vary the throttle for the first few hours.
Don't break them in with the learning key.

RIDE 'EM LIKE YOU STOLE 'EM
make sure you run high octane, make sure the plugs are in, make sure you get a anchor( dont "beach" the ski) make sure u flush the ski's get a quick connector it makes it easier and spray the rear and the engine down with crc-656 get the salt off especiall but after ride maintenence is HUGE and wipe the plastic chrome off after u ride or they will get water stains if u care dont rune em in water below 3 feet deep if u can

Not sure if the x seat is the same as mine but i filled the little holes in the bottom of the seat. The plastic bit that sits above the engine when the seat is installed. Jus filled em with some silicon, this stoped the water from dripping on my engine. worth doing if you ride in the sea it stops the salty stuff gettin on all the electrics and engine. R88
