There's a link in the FAQ section with a list of all the parts with the part numbers.

    2005 Pump conversion Parts listhttp://www.greenhulk.net/yamaha/viewtopic.php?t=486

If you have a bearing press, those parts listed by Philip is the minimum that will allow you to do the conversion assuming your driveshaft is in good shape.

If you don't have access to a bearing press and know the proper specs to set them in, you may want to have someone like Carl at Island Racing press it in for you.

When you remove your driveshaft, see if the seal and bearing surface "on the smooth shank" is smooth and don't have any grooves worn in it. If the driveshaft shows signs of wear, replace it. Also check the splines and and inspect it for any rounded edges. Each spline should be pretty squared off.

Coop showed me the driveshaft from his GPR and is had wear that was not evident until he removed from the stator assembly. I can post pics of the wear if you want to see.

Depending upon the hours on your current shaft, you may want to consider a new one. 100+ hours for example.

    FYI,
The gpr12r service manual considers the bearings and seals a disposible item. Use your best judgement.

    Thats right ! disposable

I've seen people make the mistake of reusing crank seals....big no-no !

The pump assembly is no different. Bearings and seals are too cheap to replace in the whole grand scheme of things

Are the caps the same? What about the cap bolts? I know they have diffrent part numbers... Since the hub is larger, is the cap larger as well?
