Best prop for S3 GTX 215 hp

    Running S3
    42's
    X-IC
    Kanaflex 4" intake
    Riva top loader
    15/18.5 three blade swirl

Pulls good but my top speed #'s are down, is a 15/18.5 overkill? what should I use? Any of my Florida buddies have one I can test with? if I damage in any way, I'll buy.

Others with similar set-ups use a 14/19...you also might be losing a bit on top by running a three blade instead of a four.

    yup...
I said I always thought the 4-blades were a better set-up for the Titanic-Class boats but then I went and tried a 3-blade anyways...
THAT didn't last too long before I switched back to a 4-blade set-up...

    NOW: every boat is different...

I'll check JP's-Super-Duper-Speed-World and see what we can find for you Alex...

Alex with your setup you should be riding with a 15/20, as it is... and were your at... WOT, you should be bouncing of the rev limiter with the RPM that high. This will quickly mess up your manifold bung. Go with the 15/20 it will keep the RPM's below the limiter damage zone (too lean). That's what we are all running up here in JAX and we are still just a tad cooler in water temps and air temps than you are down there. Just my 2 cents.

Alex, i have had tested almost all the aftermarkets props available for our 3 seaters hulls including the one mentioned by board member Blue Thunder and i found much better top end speed with a solas 14/19 repitched to 14/20 specs made by Dave from Impros, with this prop and the 81mm ring i am doing almost 76 MPH in your same weather conditions mid 90 deg air and high humidity in salt water, when i tested the taller 15/20 my ski become a PIG from the hole even with the stock 83mm oem exit nozzle.

Sorry but I disagree....14/19 is the way to go....if he had a Rude charger then 15/20 all the way...
