    XP/HX engine swap

I have always been a real fan of the HX. I spend most of my time on Lake Erie jumping waves and the HX is real easy to manuver in the air. What I am in the middle of is tearing down a 96 XP and HX to swap motors. I have both ski's stripped to the bare hull and I am looking for any advice on mounting the 110 in the HX. Has anyone on this forum done this and do you have any helpful hints. I am not looking to get crazy with this build but want to make it reliable. I am new to the forum and this is a old concept I understand but any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to GH!

Water Worx (Dan) has done a few of these boats. Look up some threads using the search tool on the toolbar on the left. There was a thread on here not to long ago that had pictures and kind of a how too for glassing in the motor mounts.
